VIdeo Resume

This blog is to serve as a representative of some of the work I have done for the now defunct www.iMoondo.com, of which I was a co-founder.. I must admit that these videos were done on virtually no budget, with little to no prep time. The site is no longer running but the videos live on. I would either walk in and offer the service or make an appointment before hand. The purpose of these Video Classified Ads that I shoot were to establish a base of content for the site, and were shot for no compensation from the business.

My favorite aspect of shooting these short videos was the chance to stumble upon a story. The owner of a boutique's story of her beginnings, or the history of a greenhouse. Sometimes the best stories come from the least likely of places.

If you wish to discuss a low budget video project you have in mind, please contact me at malachibibel@gmail.com.

I am for hire. I am willing to distribute your video across the web for optimal web exposure.

Video Classified: Horror Business

This is an ad I did in April 07. For a period of time this was the most viewed video on iMoondo, and the owner Troy Schoeller got great results from the video. Due to it's popularity Horror Business has been mentioned in both LA Times and Boston Globe articles about iMoondo.
Shoot with no preparation, off the street video acquisition.

Sonny's Tale

This is the first real scripted promo video I did for www.iMoondo.com. It was first and hopefully last project I do with untrained animals. Also the first time I used the Panasonic AG-DVX100B. I co-wrote the script with the iMoondo team. Titles done with assistance from Sergey Guryakov.

My Fake Personal

This was shoot off the cuff one day in late November 2006. Done to show as an example of what an iMoondo Meet People video could look like. Andrej Masiar provided the camera operation.
